How do I request a booking?

Use the Book trip flow: choose a service, share your dates and party size, review, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number while our team checks availability and pricing.

Do you only book travel in Rwanda?

No. We arrange international tours, hotels, visa support, and transport across many destinations. Rwanda is our headquarters; our itineraries are global.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to respond to new booking requests and contact form messages within one business day, often sooner for urgent departures or visa deadlines.

Why is my booking “pending” after I submit?

Every request is reviewed by operations before confirmation. This protects you from incorrect auto-charges and lets us align suppliers, deposits, and documents with your itinerary.

How do I upload travel documents (KYC)?

Create a guest account, sign in to your dashboard, and add document links or references as instructed. Our team verifies submissions and updates your status.
